I am grateful and blessed to get to meet Christine and Geena via door knock as initially we have met up with an inexperienced agent who did not manage to sell my 5-room flat within the Tenancy agreement period.
Christine and Geena have managed to open up my fears and doubts after a bad experience with the first property agent as I feel I may have been deceived on holding on with the flat as time ticks by. We have intention to sell our flat to upgrade for a private condo and timeline is very important to us.
Christine and Geena have been a great help for my husband and I in selling the unit. They not only did what the previous agent couldn’t do but did better. They make use of new marketing way like social media and the tradition way of listing it on housing portal. This help to market our property faster and better and surprisingly, they managed to sell our flat within 1 month of listing!
Christine and Geena have even gone an extra mile to open the doors a few times as the buyer wish to came back for measurement and renovation consult.
They are both truly a precious gem that I could not wish for more. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues as they really help me throughout the whole process. They are more like a friend to me which I really cherish as I feel so comfortable and ease with them.
